In addition to her private practice, she serves as the Commissioner of Accounts for the 17th Judicial Circuit Court serving Arlington County and the City of Falls Church. This is an appointed quasi-judicial position charged with the supervision of fiduciaries under the Court's supervision.
She is honored to have been recently recognized as 2023 Elder Law Attorney of the Year for the DC Metro area by Best Lawyers in America as well as by Virginia Business Magazine as one of its 2023 Legal Elites. Ms. Wildhack has been regularly recognized by SuperLawyers and Best Lawyers for many years, as well as by Washingtonian Magazine, and Arlington Magazine.
Ms. Wildhack received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and her law degree from the Washington College of Law of American University, and is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
As a third-generation Arlingtonian, and second-generation estate planning attorney, Ms. Wildhack is dedicated to serving the Arlington community and is actively involved in a number of community and legal organizations.
Ms. Wildhack previously served more than 10 years as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Culpepper Garden, a local non-profit housing community for low-income seniors. She also served a full term as Chairman of the Arlington County Industrial Development Authority. Ms. Wildhack is active in her church community and has recently finished a term as the Chair of the Rock Spring Congregational United Church of Christ Endowment.

In addition, she has been trained in Collaborative Divorce and Mediation. Ms. McCarthy received her B.A. degree in Political Science from James Madison University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University College of Law where she graduated cum laude. After law school, she returned to the Northern Virginia area and was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Virginia.
In addition to her involvement in several community and legal organizations, Ms. McCarthy currently serves as a Director for the Arlington County Bar Foundation, as Treasurer for Friends of Argus and Aurora House, and as a volunteer Guardian and Conservator for Incapacitated Adults.

Lamya received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduation, she worked in her native South Africa for an advocacy group working on access to healthcare. She went on to receive her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she was a teaching assistant with the Trial Advocacy Program, undergraduate outreach chair for the Black Law Students Association and a Notes Editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Review Journal. She also externed with The Honorable Judge Wilford Taylor of the Hampton Circuit Court.

Hannah has been an active member in the Arlington and Fairfax legal communities since she moved to the area in August of 2019. Hannah currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Section of the Fairfax Bar Association, the Board of Directors for the Arlington County Bar Association, and the Pro Bono Committee of the Fairfax Bar Association. Hannah is also a member of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Hannah received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and she received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School. While at William & Mary, Hannah was the Lead Online Editor for the William & Mary Law Review, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and a member of the Moot Court Team.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys being with her rescue dog (Neala), traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
