In addition to her private practice, she serves as the Commissioner of Accounts for the 17th Judicial Circuit Court serving Arlington County and the City of Falls Church. This is an appointed quasi-judicial position charged with the supervision of fiduciaries under the Court's supervision.
She is honored to have been recognized as 2023 Elder Law Attorney of the Year for the DC Metro area by Best Lawyers in America™ as well as by Virginia Business Magazine as one of its 2023 Legal Elites. Ms. Wildhack has been regularly recognized by SuperLawyers and Best Lawyers for many years, as well as by Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, and Arlington Magazine.
Ms. Wildhack received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and her law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University, and is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
As a third-generation Arlingtonian, and second-generation estate planning attorney, Ms. Wildhack is dedicated to serving the Arlington community and is actively involved in a number of community and legal organizations.
Currently, she is President-of the Arlington Bar Association and in 2025 was named a Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation as well as one of Virginia's Influentential Women of the Law by Virginia Lawyers' Weekly.
Ms. Wildhack previously served a full term as Chairman of the Arlington County Industrial Development Authority.

In addition, she has been trained in Collaborative Divorce and Mediation. Ms. McCarthy received her B.A. degree in Political Science from James Madison University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University College of Law where she graduated cum laude. After law school, she returned to the Northern Virginia area and was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Virginia.
In addition to her involvement in several community and legal organizations, Ms. McCarthy currently serves as a Director for the Arlington County Bar Foundation, as Treasurer for Friends of Argus and Aurora House, and as a volunteer Guardian and Conservator for Incapacitated Adults.

Ms. Moosa is a member of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the Fairfax Bar Association. Ms. Moosa is admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
Ms. Moosa received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduation, she worked in her native South Africa for an advocacy group working on access to healthcare. She went on to receive her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she was a teaching assistant with the Trial Advocacy Program, undergraduate outreach chair for the Black Law Students Association and a Notes Editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Review Journal. She also externed with The Honorable Judge Wilford Taylor of the Hampton Circuit Court.
In addition to her practice, Ms. Moosa serves on the Virginia advisory council for Chimes Virginia, a provider of community services for adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and co-occurring disabilities.
In her free time, Lamya enjoys cheering on the Tar Heels, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Ms. Baer frequently teaches continuing education classes on special needs trusts and preserving public benefits to professional organizations, including the Stetson University Law National Conference on Special Needs Planning and Special Needs Trusts.
In 2021, Ms. Baer was recognized by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce as a "40 Under 40," and she has previously served on the Board of the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria, where she focused on facilitating people making plans for their pets in case of emergency or incapacity.
Prior to joining MWM Legal, Ms. Baer served as Counsel and Director of New Clients at Commonwealth Community Trust (CCT), a non-profit pooled trust administrator, where she led the New Client team and worked with attorneys and other professionals through the legal steps of onboarding clients. Earlier, Ms. Baer was a partner at a small firm in Alexandria, Virginia. Before entering private practice in 2012, Ms. Baer served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Virginia Attorney General’s Health Services Section for two years.
In her free time, Ms. Baer enjoys cooking, planning travel (and traveling!), hiking, and spending time with her family.
